Martial Flow is the result of over 30 years of immersion in martial arts, health, and fitness. Marcos Vilchez combines deep knowledge of human performance and physiology with practical, science-based training methods that build strength, mobility, and real self-defence capability. His holistic approach blends combat efficiency with mindful movement and evidence-driven coaching, helping every student move, think, and feel better in training and in life.

Marcos is a certified instructor under Guru Dan Inosanto, Guru Bob Breen (4D Combat), and Guru Daniel Lonero (XTMA) — direct successors in Bruce Lee’s Jeet Kune Do, Filipino Martial Arts, and Maphilindo Silat.
