I hold Purple Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Fabio Prado (Roger Gracie lineage).

How we train it

  • Clinch to ground: grips, underhooks, frames, and takedown fundamentals.
  • Position first: mount/back control/side control before submissions.
  • Escapes: survival is a skill — you learn to breathe, frame, and recover position.

Everything is trained for transfer. We pull the highest-value pieces of each art, then test them under progressive pressure. You’ll see how this range connects to the full continuum: awareness → timing → contact → control.
