Muay Thai

Calm, efficient striking and clinch training. Muay Thai provides conditioning, rhythm, and a reliable toolkit for the chaos of real contact.

What it is

Muay Thai is the art of eight limbs — built on balance, rhythm, conditioning, and composure.

What it develops

Leg kicks, clinch control, elbows/knees, and the fitness to stay functional under fatigue.

In practice

Technical rounds, padwork intent, and staged sparring — never mindless brawling.

How we train it

Lineage & influence

My Muay Thai was strongly shaped by training with Winston Frasier (RIP), with additional integration through the Inosanto lineage and coaches who emphasised functional application.

How we train it

  • Base & defence: stance, guard, checks, and exits.
  • Core weapons: jab/cross, kick series, knees and elbows at close range.
  • Clinch literacy: posture, frames, turns, and safe disengagement.

How it fits the system

Everything is trained for transfer. We pull the highest-value pieces of each art, then test them under progressive pressure. You’ll see how this range connects to the full continuum: awareness → timing → contact → control.

Holistic outcomes

Skill builds confidence. Confidence builds boundaries. Boundaries build calm. Calm makes skill usable.

Next step

If this art is your entry point, we’ll map a training path that connects it to the rest of the system.
