Practical, lineage-based coaching with a modern training method: alive drills, progressive resistance, and calm precision. No choreography. No ego. Only skill you can rely on.
Each art has a purpose. The goal isn’t to collect styles — it’s to build a complete fighter: awareness, timing, structure, composure, and decisive skill.

I’m Marcos Vilchez — a lifelong martial artist and coach focused on functional skill and personal development through training. Martial Flow is built around a simple idea: teach what holds up under pressure, and train people to stay calm enough to apply it.
My main instructor is Bob Breen (4D Combat), under whom I earned Black Belt in JKD / Kali. My approach is also shaped by the Inosanto lineage (JKD, Kali, Silat, Muay Thai) and coaches who emphasised integration and realism.
