1. Operating Agreement
By accessing MartialFlow, you agree to these operational bounds. The platform serves as an infrastructural bridge connecting Students with verified Instructors. We provide the digital space, the credential verifications, and the ticketing framework.
2. Architect Network Content
Individuals possessing `INSTRUCTOR` or `CLUB_OWNER` clearance are solely responsible for the safety, accuracy, and fulfillment of the physical Seminars, Courses, and Clubs they list on this platform. MartialFlow acts purely as a software intermediary and assumes zero liability for physical injury or dispute arising from events organized outside the digital lattice.
3. Standardized Refund Policy
To maximize trust across the network, MartialFlow enforces a mathematically rigid platform-wide refund policy for all Seminars.
- Cancellations 7+ Days prior: 100% Refund
- Cancellations 48h - 7 Days prior: 90% Refund
- Cancellations within 48h: No Refund.
Instructors retain the explicit right to execute "Goodwill Overrides" bypassing these timers at their sole discretion.
